Returns & Refund Policy
At Wellbeing by Vanessa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products
All digital products, including videos, guided meditations, courses, and any other downloadable content, are non-refundable. Once purchased, digital content cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please Note:
We strongly recommend that you review product descriptions carefully before purchase.
No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are permitted for digital products once they have been delivered or access has been granted.
2. Other Products
For other products, the following conditions will apply:
Damaged or Faulty Items: If your physical item arrives damaged or faulty, you are eligible for a credit note which can be used towards other services or products offered by Wellbeing by Vanessa.
Return Process:
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item to notify us of the issue.
Provide photographic evidence of the damage or fault.
We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a credit note.
The item must be returned in its original packaging and in a resalable condition.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a credit note will be issued to your account or email.
Non-Returnable Items:
Items that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling, or that are returned incomplete or not in original packaging, may not be eligible for a credit note.
No Refunds:
Please note that no refunds are available for physical products. Only credit notes are issued, which can be used on other services provided by Wellbeing by Vanessa.
Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be damaged or faulty upon receipt.
3. General Conditions
Credit Notes:
Credit notes issued for damaged or faulty physical products are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Credit notes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Refunds:
Refunds are only issued for eligible physical product returns, as described above.
Refunds are not available for digital products or for physical products outside of the damage/fault criteria.
Exceptions:
We reserve the right to refuse credit notes if the above conditions are not met.
4. Cancellation Policy
Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and are non-refundable.
Physical products, if ordered, may be cancelled before dispatch for a full credit note or refund, subject to stock and processing times.
